Terms & Conditions
1. General
Every Deal (Pty) Ltd (registration number [COMPANY REG NO]) operates the website everydeal.co.za (“the Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you (“the Customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products
All product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing. Images may vary slightly due to lighting, camera calibration, or monitor settings. If a product arrives materially different to its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Prices are locked at the moment of checkout — we do not offer retroactive price matches.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you warrant that you are 18 or older, you are the rightful owner of the payment method, you will use the product lawfully, and you accept these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full within 5 business days.
5. Payment
We accept Payfast, Ozow, PayJustNow, and direct bank transfer (orders over R1 000). All processing runs through PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. We never store your full card details. EFT orders dispatch once funds reflect (24–48 hours).
6. Shipping
We ship to South Africa only. Delivery estimates are based on historical courier performance and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, traffic, or acts of God. Risk passes to the Customer on delivery.
7. Warranty
Products carry a 6-month defect warranty from purchase unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, damage caused by misuse, third-party acts, or beyond the purchase price of the item. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site is the property of Every Deal (Pty) Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
10. Custom orders
Custom and bespoke items are quoted individually. Once production begins, cancellation or return is only possible if the item is defective or materially different from the approved specification.
11. Dispute resolution
- First, by good-faith direct negotiation (email info@everydeal.co.za).
- If unresolved within 30 days, by arbitration under the rules of AFSA.
- Governing law: South Africa.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
Privacy Policy (POPIA)
Every Deal (Pty) Ltd is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”).
1. What we collect
- Identity data: name, surname, date of birth (if provided)
- Contact data: email, phone, delivery address
- Financial data: payment method and transaction records (we never store full card details)
- Order data: items purchased, order history, preferences
- Technical data: IP, browser, device info
- Marketing preferences: opt-ins, communication choices
2. How we use your data
- To fulfil your order — packing, dispatching, delivering
- To communicate — order confirmations, dispatch updates, support
- To improve the Site — analytics, A/B testing, product development
- To send marketing — only if you opt in, and you can opt out anytime
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

4. Your rights under POPIA

5. Data retention
- Order data: 5 years (SARS requirement)
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe
- Analytics data: anonymised after 26 months
- Custom sourcing enquiries: 2 years unless converted to an order
6. Security
We protect your data using HTTPS/TLS encryption, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors, Wordfence firewall + malware scanning, access controls, and regular secure backups. If a breach puts your data at risk, we will notify you and the Information Regulator within 72 hours as required by POPIA.
7. Cookies
We use cookies to remember your cart, keep you logged in, track anonymised analytics, and improve your shopping experience. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the Site may not work properly.
8. Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email info@everydeal.co.za and we’ll delete it.

Refund & Returns Policy
1. Our promise
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different to its description, we will replace, refund, or repair it — your choice. No quibbling.
2. 7-day return window
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return on any unused item in original packaging. Email info@everydeal.co.za with your order number and reason.
3. What can be returned
- Unused items in original packaging — full refund less return shipping
- Damaged on arrival — full refund or replacement, we cover return shipping
- Materially different to description — full refund or replacement, we cover return shipping
- Defective on first use — full refund or replacement under our 6-month warranty
4. What cannot be returned
- Custom and made-to-order items (3D prints in custom colours, bespoke production runs) unless damaged or defective
- Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned outside the 7-day window without our prior agreement
5. How to return an item
- Email info@everydeal.co.za with your order number and a photo
- We send you a return authorisation and (if applicable) a courier slip
- Pack the item in its original packaging
- Hand it to the courier or drop at the agreed pickup point
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund within 1–3 business days
6. Refund timing
- Credit/debit card: 3–7 business days to reflect
- Instant EFT (Ozow, PayJustNow): 1–3 business days
- Direct bank transfer: 1–2 business days
7. Warranty claims
Products carry a 6-month defect warranty from purchase. If a product fails through manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund — at our discretion. Misuse, normal wear, accidental damage, and consumables are excluded.
8. Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Email us and we’ll facilitate an exchange where stock is available. Customer covers shipping in both directions for change-of-mind exchanges.
